Samples are processed within hours of collection — PBMCs and isolated immune cells within five hours, plasma and serum within eight — so nothing has time to degrade before it reaches you.

We collect five days a week, with same-day delivery available for select UK locations and next-day delivery across Europe. Need a specific donor again? Our donor recall system lets you reorder from a donor you’ve worked with before.
Flexibility
Choose your anticoagulant, collection device, sample format and delivery timing, and specify donor attributes including HLA type, age, sex, BMI, ethnicity and smoking status.
Ethics and compliance
Every donor gives informed, specific consent, and is screened against strict eligibility criteria, including exclusion for any prescription or over-the-counter medication in the past 7 days.
